1. Data Controller

The data controller's registered title and contact information will appear in this section once the relevant administrative process is complete.

2. Personal Data Processed

Identity and contact information, along with health data shared as part of the clinical process, is processed for the purpose of providing the service.

3. Data Subject Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the right to learn whether their data is processed, and to request correction or deletion of it.
