Privacy is at the center of the product design
Mental health data is sensitive. That's why privacy and tenant isolation aren't a feature bolted on later at Resorim — they're the foundation of the architecture.
Your client's privacy is protected — even from the admin
The clinic admin cannot see a client's private content, such as journal entries or thought records — only numeric, anonymized summaries. Role-based access control is enforced on the server side, not just hidden in the interface.
Full data isolation between clinics
Every clinic is scoped to its own data. A psychologist can only access their own clinic and the clients assigned to them; data from different clinics is never mixed.
KVKK-compliant deletion policy
When a client deletes their account, their data is permanently deleted or anonymized. Soft delete — where data stays hidden but still stored — is never used.
Sensitive content never touches logs
Mental health content such as journal entries, thought records and session notes is never written to system logs under any circumstance. Logging is kept structured and limited to operational and audit purposes.
